Multiple Control Options
Depending on customer preference, several control options exist. Fanuc, Allen-Bradley, and an open architecture CNC are all available for stand-alone systems.

Spindle Configurations
Each module is made to accept all of the (4) following spindle configurations:

• A dedicated spindle without tool change capability
• A spindle with automatic tool change capability from a fixed tool changer rack with 20-30 tools
• An indexable turret with separate spindles at each station (4 to 8 tools)

• Available slide designs: hardened-way or linear rail
• Guaranteed accuracy -- test run and calibrated before shipment
• Standard spindle: 12,000 rpm; 10 to 50 horsepower
• Optional glass scale feedback
