30th, 2009- Ultra Tech Machinery of Cuyahoga Falls, OH has
recently completed the acquisition of The Motch & Eichele Company of

the new name, the company will continue to represent and distribute its
strong engineered machinery solutions and serve its customers with
exceptional after sales service and support.
Willie
Eichele, son of the founder and currently the company’s Vice President of
Sales will become Executive Vice President and will manage the sales group
in addition to being an equal partner in The Motch & Eichele Company,
LLC.
The
collective talent of the two companies will provide customers a one-stop
shop for standard and special cutting, forming, and grinding equipment along
with turn-key solutions that include automation.
In addition, Ultra Tech brings a strong history of providing quality
machinery retrofits, rebuilds, and upgrades.
The
Motch & Eichele Company has successfully marketed and serviced a variety
of quality machinery technologies for nearly 23 years in the states of
Ultra
Tech Machinery, an ISO-9001 certified company, is known for designing and
building unique and innovative
turn-key machinery and automation solutions.
In addition to special metal-cutting, forming, and material removal
systems, Ultra Tech is an Authorized Fanuc Robotics Integrator.
They also complete a variety of equipment rebuilds, remanufacturing,
