Operator friendly machine set-up for each contour
Programming changes can be made at the touch of a button and saved for each set-up. Furthermore, companies won't need to rely on having finishing operators with experience in CNC programming or be forced to send operators to ling robot training courses.

Optimum Finishes & Maximum Flexibility
Our proprietary adjust-on-the fly technology automatically adapts to each part being finished. This allows automatic processing of parts with minor variations to the same consistency. It also makes programming each station simple and forgiving.

Knowledge
We have over 20 years experience designing and building polishing and buffing systems for continuous, 24-hr operations. Thanks in part to the rugged designs; all of the machines are still in production today.

Our polishing and buffing processing insight began more than 2 decades ago when we started up and managed a 24-hr production polishing and buffing operation. Because of this, we have a conscious understanding of the unique talents required to succeed in the industry. In addition, we’ve found out the importance of having the most reliable and versatile equipment to complete each processing requirement. Our engineering and applications personnel have decades of this valuable hands-on production experience.

Building on Our Experience
Using our familiarity with the polishing and buffing processes, our company has evolved some of the most technologically advanced equipment on the market today. Facing problems early on from using other commercial polishing machinery, we began designing our own equipment in the early 1980’s. From the initial development years to today, one of the major advantages of our equipment is the robust design. Having more rigidity has reduced machine downtime and greatly improved the longevity of the equipment.

This alone set us apart from other commercial builders.

Building on this underlying principle, Ultra Tech has greatly enhanced its equipment over the years through technology innovations. Our latest generation Ultra-Polish system incorporates some of the latest electronic control systems that virtually assure part consistency. Our closed loop slide movements and automatic pad pressure compensation make counting on frequent operator involvement a concern of the past.

Reliability
Having the ability to maintain the equipment is also paramount in 24-hr operations. Designing for Maintainability is a technique used by our engineers on all equipment. To aid in this, our engineers have developed numerous diagnostic and troubleshooting tools for maintenance personnel. Furthermore, there display screens for real-time head position and pressure monitoring for the processing staff.
